Master Working Capital Through Real Financial Analysis

Cash flow breaks more businesses than bad products ever will. We teach finance professionals and business owners how to analyze, predict, and strengthen working capital positions using methods that actually work in practice.

Financial analysis workspace showing working capital metrics and cash flow projections

Three Progressive Learning Modules

Each module builds on practical skills. You'll work through real company scenarios and learn techniques we've used with businesses across manufacturing, retail, and service sectors.

1

Core Metrics Analysis

Start with the fundamentals that matter. Working capital ratio, days sales outstanding, inventory turnover. You'll learn what these numbers actually tell you about business health and when they're misleading.

2

Cash Conversion Cycles

Understanding how quickly money moves through a business changes everything. We break down the conversion cycle using actual company data and show you where problems typically hide.

3

Strategic Forecasting

Build forecasting models that account for seasonal shifts, payment terms, and growth scenarios. You'll create projections that help businesses plan for expansion without running into liquidity problems.

Finance professional reviewing working capital reports and cash flow statements

From Confusion to Confident Analysis

Most people come to this program because they're tired of looking at spreadsheets that don't tell them what they need to know. The numbers are there, but the story isn't clear.

After working through our modules, participants can spot cash flow problems before they become critical. They understand which metrics actually predict trouble and which ones just create noise. The breakthrough usually happens when someone realizes their inventory policies are choking their cash position, or when payment terms finally make sense in the context of the full cycle.

Different Starting Points, Similar Progress

People join this program from various backgrounds. Some manage finance teams at mid-sized companies. Others run their own operations and need better visibility into cash positions. Here's what a few participants experienced.

Taavi Linnamäe, finance professional

Taavi Linnamäe

Financial Controller, Manufacturing

I was tracking all the standard metrics but kept getting surprised by cash shortages. The program showed me how to connect inventory movement with payment cycles. Now I can see liquidity issues developing two months out instead of scrambling when they hit. Made our quarterly planning sessions way more productive.

Isolde Brenner, business owner

Isolde Brenner

Owner, Distribution Business

Running a distribution company means managing lots of moving parts. Before this program, I knew we had working capital challenges but couldn't pinpoint where. The cash conversion analysis helped me realize our payment terms were creating unnecessary pressure. Adjusted our approach and freed up capital we didn't know we had tied up.

How the Program Runs

We start with autumn 2025 cohorts. The structure stays consistent so you know what to expect each week.

Practical Application

Each module includes exercises based on real company situations. You'll analyze actual financial statements and build forecasting tools you can adapt for your own work. Most participants spend six to eight hours per week on coursework.

Completion Assessment

The final assignment involves analyzing a complete business scenario and presenting your working capital recommendations. You'll demonstrate how to identify issues, quantify impacts, and propose realistic improvements.
