Refund Policy

We offer a seven-day review period from your enrollment date. If you decide within this timeframe that the course isn't right for you, contact us for a full refund. After seven days, refunds become more complex – we'll evaluate requests on a case-by-case basis, considering factors like course completion percentage and specific circumstances.

Technical issues on our end that prevent you from accessing course content will be addressed promptly, including refund options if we can't resolve the problem.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Korea. Any legal disputes will be handled through the appropriate courts in South Korea, specifically in Daegu where our business is registered.

Entire Agreement

These terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any additional course-specific terms, constitute the complete agreement between you and MegaStreamChannel regarding use of our services.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We'll replace any invalid provision with one that achieves the same purpose to the extent legally possible.

Assignment

You can't transfer your rights or obligations under these terms to anyone else. We may assign our rights and obligations to another entity, such as in a business acquisition, provided it doesn't materially affect your rights.
